Terms and Conditions

FINANCIAL AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT (hereafter “Agreement”) is made by and between the American Injection Molding Institute (hereafter “AIM”) of 6100 West Ridge Road, Erie, PA 16506 and YOUR COMPANY for the courses offered by AIM.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of AIM providing online courses for the training and education of COMPANY and its employees, the parties agree as follows:

1. RESPONSIBILITIES OF AIM: a. to provide COMPANY with training courses. b. to provide related course materials as appropriate (PDF's, course binders).

2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF COMPANY: a. to issue payment for the full cost of each course for each person attending the courses. Payment is due immediately upon registration. b. COMPANY agrees to ensure that other persons for whom AIM does not have a valid registration will not attend the training. c. COMPANY agrees not to record or otherwise copy or distribute the course content or course binder without AIM’s written consent.

3. “VALIDITY" OF THE AGREEMENT: If any part of this Agreement is declared invalid, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in effect. If any part of the Agreement is inconsistent with Pennsylvania law, the applicable provisions of Pennsylvania law shall be considered to be substituted for the inconsistent provision.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION In order to secure a seat for the selected course(s), or program(s) is being held, but is not guaranteed until full payment is received by the AIM Institute. Payment is due upon registration either via Credit Card or a Purchase Order (PO). If using a PO, the PO must be submitted to AIM within 14 days of the registration date and the terms of the PO must be adhered to. If payment via electronic payment is not made immediately or a PO is not issued within 14 days or the terms of the PO are not met, the student's registration may be cancelled, and the seat assigned to another student. If a student registers for a class within 14 days of the course start date, payment is due immediately via either electronic payment or a PO must be submitted within 24 hours of the registration date and payment will be due immediately upon receipt of the invoice regardless of the terms of the PO. Otherwise, the student's registration may be cancelled, and the seat will be assigned to another student.

100% of the course cost is due even if the student fails to attend one or more days of the course(s) or program(s) for which they had registered.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REGISTRATION CHANGE Student Cancellation & Registration Change Policy: Summary NOTIFICATIONS OF CANCELLATION OR REGISTRATION CHANGE MUST BE PROVIDED IN WRITING TO THE AIM INSTITUTE.

I understand I am registering for a seat in an AIM course. As such, I agree to the following terms with the time frames applied from the course start date:

Cancellations:

Cancellations of a course, or program, with only 14 or fewer days advanced notice will be assessed a CANCELLATION FEE OF 100% of the course, or program, cost unless the company that is cancelling the seat is able to fill the open seat with another student from their company. Cancellations of a course, or program, with 15 up to 30 days advanced notice will be assessed a CANCELLATION FEE of 50% of the course, or program, cost unless the company that is cancelling the seat is able to fill the open seat with another student from their company. Cancellations with over 30 days advanced notice will not be assessed a CANCELLATION FEE.

Registration Changes:

Registration changes to a course, or program, with only 14 or fewer days advanced notice will be assessed a REGISTRATION CHANGE FEE OF 25% of the course, or program. Registration changes to a course, or program, with 15 up to 30 days advanced notice will be assessed a REGISTRATION CHANGE FEE of 10% of the course, or program.
